At Mughal Farms, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the nature of farm products and food items, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

However, we will gladly assist if:

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your order arrives damaged.

  • Products are spoiled or defective upon delivery.

  • Your order is incomplete.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where applicable and may take several business days depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by weather or courier services

  • Improper storage after delivery
