Damaged or Poor-Quality Mangoes
If a significant portion of the mangoes in your box arrives damaged or unsuitable for consumption, we will either:
- Provide a full or partial refund, or
- Send a replacement box at no additional cost.
The resolution will depend on the nature and extent of the issue.
Minor Quality Issues
If only a small number of mangoes are affected, we will compensate you for the value of the damaged mangoes through a partial refund.
Claim Process
To process your claim, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the affected mangoes.
Mughal Farms reserves the right to assess each claim individually and determine the appropriate resolution.
